my dad

has such a sense of humour which at times comprises of jokes about spiders and the world wide web.

dad called yesterday afternoon while i was in town:

dad: " i've got your letter from the traffic police and from nus.
so i've got both good news and bad news. which will it be.."

Me: "erm dad.. i know my law results already."

dad (sounds disappointed):" oh.. well.. you passed your final theory."

Me:" oh ok.. yay.so whats the bad news"

dad ( perking up obviously):" now.. the bad news is.. you've got to treat the both of us(mum + dad)!"

oh hooray..
